Take it By Force Ministries, Inc.

Pastor Kelvin K. Lucas and his wife, Minister Felicia Lucas are the Founders of Take It By Force Ministries, Inc. (TIBF). TIBF is a 501(c)(3) community based youth and young adult outreach organization whose mission is to empower individuals, specifically at risk youth and young adults to become responsible model citizens within their communities. 

TIBF accomplishes its mission by offering various empowerment sessions for youth and young adults which focus on: academic achievement,  career planning, financial stewardship, and other life focused areas such as practical parenting, marriage enrichment and spiritual growth. It also provides leadership training and creative writing workshops through collaborations with other community partners such as the PTA.

Since the organization was founded in 2001,  it has also served communities in the eastern North Carolina region (Rocky Mount, Wilson, Princeville and Murfreesboro), by offering its annual Camp Meeting event. This community event provides cultutral arts, motivational speaking and other resources to help meet the needs within the marketplace.
